I feel like what the normal curves of the spine should be SHOULDVE Been realized by most chiropractors 20 years ago even! 😡😢 It made me so upset to go to so many chiropractor without relief and even my occipital bone being so locked up requiring the occipital lift technique to begin with to unlock my cervical vertebrae because it wouldn't even move until the occiput was set straight.. then i found cbp later on thankfully so dummies didnt keep adjusting me the rest of my life without making any change to my 76 degree dang kyphosis and 30 mm anterior translation between c2 and c7 and lateral translation of t1 thru t6.. as in a side tilting pulling on my neck and shoulders hard and with the forward head carriage also. Thank you for finally becoming smart chiropractors and especially the genius one inventing cbp! ❤️

I had whiplash in 2014 and was diagnosed with cervical kyphosis,dgd and a pinched nerve 6 weeks ago after years of neck pain.I have been in traditional physical therapy but it’s not helping much,the therapist said the curve probably can’t be reversed but I’m hopeful

I am a body worker and a dance instructor, a former stage dancer. I have been studying kinesiology and anatomy for many years. My experience : most people with kyphosis show signs of a prolonged stress and a chronic depression. I believe, there's a connection between the level cortisol and kyphosis.
